This is Arch Monument over Interstate 80, the only entity ever allowed air space over an interstate. It is a museum of the overland trails, featuring the Oregon and Mormon trails and the Lincoln Highway, all of which traversed this land. Inside, one gets a headset, and walks the the trails and highway. See the car on I 80? Plus the fact if you are driving on I-80, it does wake you up.
