Scout's Rest was Buffalo Bills retreat. That is the barn in the back where he kept 50 plus horses. Mrs. Buffalo Bill had several houses in town, and then they built the town and hotel in Cody, WY. The man was never home, so this is pretty elaborate for short stays. He ran out of money later and sold it to his competitior, Pawnee Bill.
