Lest you think Nogales is just a poor border town- it is the produce capital of the World(??), and all of the folks who import the lettuce and tomatoes from Mexico, have done well. Luckily, they are Democrats- see the campaign sign. (Janet Napolitano is a Dem running for Gov- she won.)
