Not far from Springfield is New Salem, the town on the frontier where Abe Lincoln started his career. Luckily, he was not that successful as a storekeeper in this log cabin with a Mr. Berry.

We are from Lutherville, MD, a suburb of Baltimore, and we have both lived there all of our lives. In 2006 we took off in our RV for 2 years on the road. Those adventures can be found in BobbiandLeeRV. We landed in Palm Creek, sold our RV and spend our winters here.
