Fort Atkinson, North of Omaha, Nebraska

This sign was in the parking lot of Fort Atkinson, the oldest military ground in the West. All over we have seen signs to listen to channel x when the tornado siren goes off, so I almost didnot read the last line. We are supposed to tune into 1110 to hear emergency info concerning a "nuclear circumstance." What would Lewis, or Clarke think? do you think they buried a Minuteman missle under Fort Atkinson?????
